TERMS AND CONDITIONS MFSizing is a customized valve- and actuator-sizing program designed to be used with the Master Flo product line. Master Flo has created, or has contracted with third parties to create this valve sizing software which may be used under the terms set out below. It is suitable for Microsoft Windows 95 or higher operating systems. The software package includes an installation wizard. The algorithm on which MFSizing is based has been developed according to the ISA S75.01 specifications for control-valve sizing. Calculations include the following: 1. Master Flo valve sizing and coefficient of valve capacity (Cv). 2. Pressure drops across the specified valve size at various flow conditions. 3. Flow rates based on valve size, Cv, and pressures. 4. Sizing for Master Flo pneumatic piston, hydraulic piston, and rotary stepping actuators. The program can be run for multiple flow conditions simultaneously. All control parameters may be input in a broad variety of units. The output from all calculations is summarized in a printable report, and a save-to-file option is also available for electronic handling of the sizing results. A comprehensive help menu allows for quick and easy reference to various program options. Also included is a glossary of terms commonly used in the valve industry. MFSizing is continuously improved and updated. More features are added based on user requests and product development. By downloading I agree to the following: Master Flo confirms that it is the owner of all right, title and interest to MFSizing 6.2 "the Software". The Software is provided for use on condition that you may install the Software on only one computer and you may not copy, share, sell, exchange, or use it to engage in engineering work. Once you have obtained the required information from the Software, or at the request of Master Flo at any time, you will delete both the original transmission and the installation completely and permanently from your computer system(s) without making any copy of the Software. The Software is provided as a reference source that will allow you to make certain calculations. Master Flo believes that the Software will function as required; however, Master Flo accepts no liability for incorrect, misleading or misunderstood data. You accept any and all liability that may result should you act upon data derived from the use of the Software without having that data verified by Master Flo. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Master Flo, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use or possession of the Software. Any disputes relating to the Software shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
